Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are packaged on Wednesdays and ship on Fridays. Orders process in 3 to 4 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Local pickup is available, and when your order ships, shipping is included in your total. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier, though we will always help you resolve a shipping concern whenever possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after the estimated delivery date before reaching out, and we will help review tracking and next steps. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or your package has not arrived, contact us and we may open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product, the shipping box, and the packaging, and keep all original packaging until your claim is reviewed. We are not responsible for packages marked Delivered that are later lost or stolen, or for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so please double check your shipping address at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene standards, all cosmetic products, including lip gloss, matte lipstick, lashes, and lash clusters, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, unused accessories, shades, and jewelry may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase, subject to approval and availability. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number, and clear photos so we can help. Customers cover return shipping unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to our error, and original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Product Questions
Every shade name, price, and product detail on this site reflects our current collection. Lipsticks are $8, lip glosses are $7, and sunglasses and lashes are $5 each. If you have a question about a specific shade, ingredients, or which style is right for you, send us a message and we are happy to help.
